As Donna (Crane) gets settled into her home, I wanted to say thank you. 

Thank you for your patience. Thank you for giving Donna gravel in her driveway (it really helps keep the dust down and her off her nebulizer). And, thank youf for remaining very professional when my mother had her melt down. 

I sure appreciate you speaking with me afterward, too. 

I hope the new model comes in soon -  I'm looking forward to seeing it.
